31″ Professional Paracord Jig – Lightweight Aluminum for Bracelets, Belts,Slings

Completely Adjustable 2" to 31". Accepts any clasp, buckel, hook, snaps. Lightweight Aluminum with powdercoat finish. Making something short? Just use one track section for up to 15". Our newest 2018 Design. Acid Tactical® 31” Paracord jig - Revision 2018 Our 31” paracord jig can be used to produce a huge variety of paracord items. The towers were designed to hold different sized clasps, hooks, snaps, & more. The jig itself is made of aircraft grade aluminum with a powder coated finish. There is a tape ruler attached to both sections and foam pad on each end. You can use a single section to make items up to 15”. With both tracks connected you can make items up to 31” The 31” jig is mainly comprised of two 16” tracks and two adjustable towers. The tracks slide into each other and are secured using a bolt and wing nut. The towers slide into the tracks on each end once the two tracks are secured together. The towers can be tightened down to the track depending on your needs. The very top of the towers were designed for clasps from small 1” to over 2”. The hole cutouts can be used for hooks and snaps. There’s also a horizontal threaded rod that can be used for a variety of paracord hardware. The jig can be secured to a flat clean surface using the supplied suction cups and wing nuts. We also include two screws if you desire to secure it permanently to a work bench. Be mindful that you may need to slide both towers to acquire the correct length for your project. This will mean you may not always start at the 1” line. Be sure to measure with your own measuring tape or ruler. You may also need to secure the towers at your required length before securing to the suction cups. Once the suction cups are secured you will not be able to slide the towers past the wing nuts securing the suction cups. We have been making and selling jigs for 5 years. Over the years we have made many revisions. With our 2018 revisions we have designed a whole new jig. We hope that it can make paracording in bulk faster and more productive. 47″ Professional Paracord Jig Light Weight Adjustable Aluminum DIY 550 Paracord

Acid Tactical® 47” Paracord jig - Revision 2018 Our 47” paracord jig can be used to produce a huge variety of paracord items. The towers were designed to hold different sized clasps, hooks, snaps, & more. The jig itself is made of aircraft grade aluminum with a powder coated finish. Slim & Lightweight design. Our jig was designed to be light weight and compact for easy storage. Forget those clunky wooden jigs. The 15" jig weighs only 11oz and is made of aircraft grade aluminum providing superior strength. Versatile. We not only design and make our own jigs, we use them to manufacturer our own line of Paracord Accessories. Thousands of paracord items have been churned out using our very own jigs. The ability to use any type of hardware on a single jig makes our jig extremely versatile. Our jig towers were designed to fit any clasp, hook, snap, ring, or buckle. Circle cutouts. There are two circle cut outs that can be used for hooks, swivels, and other connectors as shown above. The mini swivel above fits nicely on the top cutout. Clasp holders The top of our towers are designed to hold clasps or buckles. In the picture above, the larger section is being used to hold a 1.5" clasp. The narrower part above is designed to hold smaller 1" bracelet clasps. Horizontal rod. There is a horizontal rod which can also be used to hold an array of hooks or rings. In the image above we use it to secure a panic snap but it is equally useful for other hardware. Quickly Adjusts to your needs. Our jig was designed to quickly adjust to the size you need. We have a ruler right on the track so measurements are as simple as sliding the tower to your required length. Towers secure using a wing bolt pictured at the base of the tower. Secures to smooth surfaces. The included suction cup allows our jig to be secured to smooth surfaces. Optionally you can also mount the jig to a permanent work bench or table.
